Over the weekend, the Skwentna Fly-In in Alaska happened, and the planes were amazing. Backcountry enthusiast and aviation and nature photographer Cory Kittle shared these shots with us of the cool planes that flew in and then proceeded to show off. In case you were wondering, because we were, Skwentna (population: 37), located 65 miles northeast of Anchorage, is an outpost on the Iditarod Trail. It’s also home to a really cool late spring/early summer fly-in, and if you’re like us, it’s now on your bucket list.
