The pilot/dad in question is Abu Bakar, is a Malaysian pilot who quit his job as a senior captain at the national airline so he could become a lower-tier captain with AirAsia, which would allow him to! get this! fly with both of his daughters, Safia Anisa and Safia Amira, who are AirAsia first officers.
