The latest GPS sportwatch from Garmin offers a host of capabilities in a manageably sized model. The watch provides topographical maps with popular route information, along with heart rate monitoring and on-watch music storage. A total of up to 500 songs can be stored on the watch. The model lets users track their fitness history and easily compare their workout intensity over time to their ideal fitness level. The fÄnix 5 Plus also offers contactless payments, so users can make purchases quickly and easily with just their watch. Users who opt for the 5X Plus model will receive a built-in pulse oximeter, a key benefit for aviators flying at higher levels who need to track their blood oxygen levels.
