Researchers at Florida Institute of Technology and Purdue University are seeking General Aviation (GA) pilots to participate in an online study, partially funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) NextGen Weather Technology in the Cockpit (WTIC) program.

This study aims to understand the speech recognition (SR) systems used by GA pilots and their perception of how SR systems might assist them in submitting PIREPs.
