Dr. Pierre J. Moeser is a pilot and a physician with expertise in hypoxia and Aeronautical Decision Making. He’s on the FAA Safety Team and serves on the Board of Directors for the United States Pilots Association, the Missouri Pilots Association and AeroboticsOne.
