Sun 'n Fun Day Four Photo Gallery

While Day Three at Sun 'n Fun was pretty much a wash out, our Jim Koepnick had plenty of great shots in reserve. And with Friday dawning with perfect weather, Sun 'n Fun looks to go out on as strong a note as it opened on!

Erik Edgren in his Decathlon and and R.J. Gritter in his clipped-wing T-Craft showed that slow and gentle can be very entertaining!

One of our favorite sights at Sun 'n Fun, the Warbird Adventures Curtiss P-40, an exceedingly rare flying example and one, as you might know, that was the catalyst for controversy when the FAA came down hard on it last year.

Kevin Coleman in his Extra 300 and Bill Stein in his Zivko Edge put on one of the best aerobatics demonstrations at Sun 'n Fun. Catch 'em if you can!

What did we do before there were so many awesome L-39s performing at air shows like Sun 'n Fun!

One of the coolest-looking airplanes at any airstrips it goes to, the Viking engine-powered Zenith STOL turned heads at Sun 'n Fun.

Putting on one great performance after the other, the Yak 110--two Yak 55's mated, get it?âis one of the coolest sights in all of aviation.
